          Iván Kasanzew (born April 17, 1973) is a film director and sports broadcaster.

          He is best known for his documentary about argentine soccer legend, Diego Maradona,"Maradona, Death of God", as well as for his numerous Interviews with sports legends such as Pelé, Lionel Messi, Oscar de La Hoya and Kobe Bryant, among manny others.

          He currently works as a Sports Anchor and Feature Reporter for Univision show, Primer Impacto.

          Early Life

          Kasanzew was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina as the son of Maria Alejandra Debole, a psychologist, and Nicolas Kasanzew, a journalist and war correspondent.

          Kasanzew, who's father is of Russian Orthodox ancestry, once said, "My Russian grandfather had to escape from his own country because of Communism, and Argentina gave him and my grandmother a new beginning."
