        6. Willard Fair is President and Chief Executive Officer of the Urban League of Greater Miami. Previously, he joined Jeb Bush in founding one of Florida’s first charter schools; as Governor, Bush appointed him to the first appointed body of the Florida Board of Education, where he later served as chair.

          In 2010, the National Association of State Boards of Education (NASBE) recognized Fair with its Distinguished Service Award. Among his other leadership positions, Fair has served as Chairman of the Miami-Bayside Foundation Board of Directors and Member of the Miami Business Forum Board of Directors.

          Fair has served as an adjunct professor at the Atlanta University School of Social Work, Bethune Cookman College, Florida International University, and the National Urban League’s Whitney M.
